PHOENIX, Arizona — A four-vehicle crash on northbound Loop 303 near El Mirage Boulevard has blocked two lanes, causing significant traffic delays in the West Valley.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety responded to the crash shortly before 6 a.m. Emergency crews are on scene managing the situation.
Authorities also reported a separate crash involving a construction vehicle nearby, which is contributing to the blockage of northbound lanes.
